Answer» I am LOOKING for recommendations of AV softwear. I was using McAfee, however we have differences in opinion of their software failing or me letting a virus through. What would be a good AV in opinion, standard home COMPUTER, nothing fancy. I am looking at Stopzilla , or AVG, or Norton, or ? suggestions please. THANK youLOTS of threads on this and every other support forum. As you already know there are any number of very good AV utilities from which to CHOOSE. Pick a name brand (other than McAfee or AVG) and you'll be fine. For what it's worth, my personal choice is Kaspersky.I'll take Avira or Avast!
