Solve : Album Cover Icons?

Answer»

In Windows 7 (64 bit) I store all my music in the Library as you are supposed to. My question is, some (but definitely not all) of the music files display the album cover associated with the file when displayed as icons, how do I make them all do it ? Is there some way to ASSOCIATE the album cover with the file (Mp3,WMA,Flac etc) The files are complete and correctly STATE the album name etc but only some files do this. The media files play correctly and all else seems in order, I know its not life threatening but would be CURIOUS to know if anybody else has this problemIt may be that some of the MP3's have the album cover written directly into the ID3 tag.

You can actually do this for your entire library USING something like MP3Tag; automatically in most cases, as it finds the cover art online and then embeds it in the ID3 tag data.
Are all your albums original, shop bought CDs or COPIES. That will obviously make a difference.Quote from: BC_Programmer on July 08, 2011, 05:19:20 AM

ID3v2 tags have album art support-can confirm this with ITUNES, MP3Tag, and an iPod.Quote from: reddevilggg on July 08, 2011, 07:26:55 AM
