I have a NEW ANTI viral program at home that i just downloaded and want to start to use but the one i just got wont let me use it until i get rid of the other one(my old one). So i said ok and went into control panel and attempted to remove it. But it wouldnt remove it. It just wont let me open the unistallation process. I need to get rid of it so if you have any suggestions on how to get rid of hit. tell me thanks

What operating system are you using ?
When you attempted to remove the old one ....was it STILL loaded ....if it was make sure its disabled ..... and then see if you can remove it from the add/remove function in the control panel. ( if it was still loaded , access would be DENIED )
