Answer» In November I purchased an ASUS U43Jc laptop at Bestbuy. I was given a free webware anti virus program from bestbuy, and relatively recently the file became corrupted. When I run my computer not in safe mode it almost always HANGS after being on for a few minutes, but every now and then it runs FINE. I am unable to remove webware from my computer, but I have also not DETECTED any viruses through AVG. I also cannot reformat because I neglected to backup my computer when I purchased it. Any advice on how to remove webware/get my computer to function on normal mode would be MUCH appreciated.
