Solve : @ antivirus at one pc?

i was using avg internet SECURITY 2011 and microsoft security essential both hving real time shields on.
as i GOT to kno w to keep only one of them, which one i should keep and which one i should remove.
Please tell me.You should NEVER have more than one AV installed at any GIVEN time. PICK the one with which you are most comfortable and uninstall the other.
