1.	Solve : anyone know any video software that add frames to the video file?
Answer» hello guys , IM looking for a window software that add frame to video files or i can i add bigger SIZE background and centre of that image i can add my video . I use Pinnacle myself which came bundled with a capture device http://www.pinnaclesys.com/publicsite/us/products/studio/ . I THINK it might have what you NEED. I am able to edit it at the frame level and add stuff ETC.
