Solve : AOL 9.0 email problem? |

Answer» A friend is using AOL 9.0 and has developed a problem with email. When he goes to read email, all the new email is shown. Then it disappears and only the envelope is shown on the left hand SIDE of the folder where his new email would be. If he opens the sent folder, the same thing happens. If you DC the envelope in new mail, you can open the email but there is no subject, date etc. showing the description of the email. I had him download and install AOL 9.1 to SEE if the was a corrupt file and the same problem occurs. When he opens his email, a window opens indicating there was an ERROR loading a file and AOL would try to correct the problem. It doesn't say what the file name is or id the problem was corrected. |
