Is there any sound recorder present which has filter option such that it only detects my VOICE frequency only and do not detect other frequencies while recording can i do this by low and high BYPASS filter or is there is any other software or method to do this Short answer, NO.
Long answer. You can isolate the spectrum from about 300 to 3000 HZ and get our voice out of the noise but results are limited. Presently the best trick is to have the mic close to yuour mouth.
