Answer» I am useing a Sony Vaio Laptop with Windows 7 Professional 64Bit. 6 GIG of Ram and sufficient Hard Drive Space. I have Microsoft Office 10 Installed on My Vaio. When I try to Back Up my Outlook .pst files, starting at the top of the Tree, PERSONAL Folders, I receive the attached error message. I have restarted Outlook numerous times, I have download .pst file software cleaner and error checked. Do ANYONE know how I should proceed, with out re-installing Office, (I don't have the disk with me.)?? Thanks, SBE.
[year+ OLD attachment deleted by ADMIN]Just close outlook and manually copy the .pst file to wherever you like.
