Hello everyone!

I am looking for a program which can back up a specific folder on my drive, whenever the data inside changes.
I do some work from home, and am also in college, so I would like to keep backups. But I tend to forget to save the files to a separate location. Windows 7 64-bit or a Ubuntu program.

I have heard of disc imaging services, and understand those are a good idea, but is there one that can back-up just a specific folder, or does it have to be the entire system? (This may be a stupid QUESTION, I am not entirely sure how disc imaging software works.)

Thank you for all your ASSISTANCE yet again!What you want is to sync to folders.  One folder on your main drive, the other on an external device, such as a USB Flash, external drive  or even a network server.
