Answer» I am not talking about an actual bank. I am talking more like virtual currency. This WAY on my website I could have a program SETUP where I can give money and take money. I could give bills that the people could pay with their virtual currency. Basically I could setup a virtual store. I have seen this done and there is a video that shows it.
