Ive got spybot/ advanced system care/ malware bytes on my pc but do you think i need any better ones- free only!

You need a good anti virus utility always active plus regular SCANS with MalwareBytes
http://www.superantispyware.com/Seems like you have so many things on your PC. Doesn't it slow down your PC? By the way, if I'm not wrong, Spybot handles Malware too, RIGHT? Why do you need to have Malware Bytes?

If you want better and free softwares, Microsoft have it all. You might want to install Windows FIREWALL, Microsoft Security Essentials and Windows DEFENDER...

We can suggest you much better ones but the most best ones are not free.
I'm using Norton Security. It handles all..
