Answer» i was bored an i tried to update my bios. use ports Do you mean USB ports if so ,the problem might be wrong setup of cmos,because of reset to factory settings. Enter it ,and check the opions about USB, There is a option item named "onBoard USB controller [Enable/disable]" normally,or any other item come with the same function,but the name is a bit some different. Yeah, you should do as QingHao said in the BIOS.
