1.	Solve : black screen with mouse arrow?
Answer» When I TURN my computer on all I get is a black screen with mouse arrow. This happened a month ago and I put the recover DVD in and it WORKED. It happened again a few days ago and now the DVD won't do anything. I called a computer hotline and they wanted a ton of money from me and said a bunch of my DRIVERS had STOPPED. Not sure what to do now... Any suggestions? I can get it to work through safe mode but that is limited..In safemode go to Control Panel/Device Manager...any devices that have Yellow !'s or ?'s have missing /corrupted drivers... DLoad any that are needed from the manuf. site and re-install them. When finished boot to normal mode and see if all is well...if not then it's a Windows issue so let us know.
