Hi guys,

i'm a newbie here and have some difficulty! this PROBLEM occur since yesterday and i have no idea how to fix it.

i'm using internet explorer and yahoo browser. When i try to click into a link ,a new window will open but it produce a blank page. I click refresh several time but still blank page.

At first i thought it might be a problem with the page, but then when i went to other site and try to click into link it will open up a new window, but again it produces blank page.

I tried to switch of my pop blocker but it's useless. The new window still produce a blank page. If any of u guys know how to fix this i will be most grateful.

the weird part is when i try using mozzilla instead of IE, i can open a link in a new window. What kind of problem am i experiencing?
Does this only happen with a specific website, or numerous websites? When did this start? Has it always been this way? Which operating system are you using? Do you have virus and Spyware protection?

Before you download it , create a new folder called Hijackthis on your desktop Download hijackthis and save it to that folder , then go into that folder and unzip it .......and run it from there. Do a system scan and save logfile ......then copy the logfile here ....... You may have to use more than one post depending on how big it is or ......... Zip it and attach it to your post.

It just started yesterday. i think it started when i first download this DVD ripper and VOB file converter.
i'm using windows XP . this problem happens to all website, eg. the download link that dl65 gave, i cant access it without opening it in a new tab.
I don't like the following:

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop. get it at ........

Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
Turn your computer back on.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.
