Answer» So if you go to this webpage ( https://www.bleachbit.org/features ) and read, I did after I thought this tool was to take the place of CCleaner. And it states that it overwrites free space to hide DELETED files, but it seems as though to me it overwrote all my free space. There is no way in *censored* I ever downloaded 500gb of programs to end up with a Hd that only says it has about 4.gb left. Am I interpreting this correctly. I hope I can post the website. take a look it isn't any virus and I am sure all you geeks have adequate protection on your SYSTEMS. thank you. something seems to have used all my HD space. well I did something and now have 400gb of 444gb clear. HMMMM, go figure. if I would have never asked it would have never fixed itself. case closed. I will now try and figure out what I did. |
