Solve : Bluetooth and Webcam conflict with Web browser?

Answer»

I caught a VIRUS. Took my comp to a comp shop and they wiped out my hard drive. The shop installed a new windows xp. the virus is gone, but when i INSTALL my bluetooth adapter and webcam software my web browser doesn't work. i have to do a system restore to get my browser to work again. any suggestions? The shop may have neglected to re-install the MBoard drivers which means XP is substituting generic ones for your devices.
Re-install the MBoard drivers. and see if this helps, the guy didn't give me any disk. do i have to take my comp back to him to get the drivers? or is there somewhere online i can get the drivers? thanks for the quick reply by the way. DLoad and run Everest Home...this will tell you exactly what components are in that machine including hotlinks to drivers.ok tried to Dload the motherboard drivers. i think i did it right but cam and bluetooth still DONT work. it says to CHECK the network connection. so i went into the control panel and checked all the connections. i repaired the motherboard connection and had the cam working for a while(like 20 min.). when i restarted my computer the cam didn't work anymore. sorry to bother you with this. i'm just very frustrated. any other suggestions?Did this Cam SHIP with drivers as well ? ?

If so re-install them...i got the drivers from the logitech site. when i dload everything and run the new stuff that's when my internet loses connection. when i lose connection i can't ever repair because it says i need an internet connection to repair the network connection.i got the drivers from the logitech site. when i dload everything and run the new stuff that's when my internet loses connection. when i lose connection i can't ever repair because it says i need an internet connection to repair the network connection.
