Answer» Hi again I have a HP Pavilion dv2000 laptop. It's suppose to be bluetooth capable and I can't find a *censored* thing anywhere bluetooth on this laptop. I may have deleted it when I was TRYING to eliminate my laptop of unwanted and unused files/software etc etc thinking I WOULD NEVER have a use for it. I was wondering how I can get it back.
Thanks, MP.Re-install your MBoard drivers. Then consult the Owners Manual. If you cannot find it it can be DLoaded from the HP website...http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=1817068&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=1817067&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1093
I got to here then could not decide which to download.
Thanks again, MP.Update. I downloaded the only option that had bluetooth in the description. I loaded it then rebooted. I WENT to control panel and there is still no bluetooth icon to open as it STATES there should be in help.
Thanks again, MP.Latest update. I now have a bluetooth icon in my control panel and my computer is constantly , it appears anyway, searching for a device to interact with. The problem is when I double click the icon in control panel it does nothing. No further screen opens up for my to change the settings. I'm getting closer!
Thanks yet again, MP.
