Answer» Hi guys. I have a problem with my bluetooth device in my Dell laptop. When I'm trying to send a file via bluetooth, there appears an error message with error code 28 SAYING "The DRIVERS for this device are not installed. There is no driver selected for the device information set or element. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver." This error happens just for some recipient devices and some other devices are able to connect to my laptop easily. I've downloaded the RELEVANT drivers from Dell website for my laptop and installed them successfully. The problem seems to be of technical kind. Any recommendations? All the best.I am guessing you have a bluetooth adapter plugged in via USB... what make/model device is this? Did you install the CD that came with this device prior to inserting the device as most manufacturers suggest to make sure you are using the correct OEM driver and not a generic driver from microsoft?
