Answer» Hi guys. I have acer aspire v5 122p running on win 8.1. My PROBLEM is that the bluetooth device is seems not working coz it's just keep on SEARCHING for any bluetooth device but it can't detect it. I already restore my laptop to its factory SETTING and I DOWNLOAD a bluetooth driver (Qualcomm Atheros) from acer site but its still didn't work. Hope you can help me. thank you Is it turned on ? ?yeah but it just keeps on searching and searching and searching....Try to PAIR the device with something else like your phone, it could be whatever your connecting, also make sure both devices bluetooth are on. Look in Services and ensure that the Bluetooth Support Service is running.
