Solve : Bluetooth + USB issue?

I got a new PHONE and wanted to install the new software with it.  I FIRST went to install my bluetooth dongle but VISTA keeps trying to install it as unknowing driver.  When going to the belkin site it gives a link for vista but when trying to install this it does not detect the dongle.

So I though I would install the usb software that CAME with the phone it all installed ok but when trying to connect the phone my computer bluescreen with a driver error. 

I went to the hp website and downloaded the latest bios for my computer and updated the DRIVERS for the computer but still haven the same isues? 

My laptop is on vista basic
HP compaq 6720s
belkin usb dongle

Hi I have already removed the bluetooth software and downloaded the software from the lg site i am still unsure why it bluescreens when its connected up but does not see the phone still?  I wonder if there is a issue with the usb drive itself as windows trys to install it but does not find it even when the software is added firsted then the phone?
