i wasnt sure, because it IS an emulator, i didnt think it was ilegal, but still If EMULATORS were illegal, VMWare would be in jail. Anyway, it depends what country you are talking about. I don't want to get in a flame war, but:-

also is PicoZip free of malware?A legal copy of Picozip is ALMOST certainly not infected with malware. That may not apply to any version downloaded from a peer to peer network. Especially be careful of keygens.

The one you want is Bochs-2.3.exe

I have never used it, so I hope there are some other people who know something about it!
