Solve : Bookmarks & Hyperlinks? |
|
Answer» HI In WORD (Office 2003), I have set up bookmarks which are linked to hyperlinks. Selecting CONTROL while pointing to the hyperlink takes me to the desired location but is there a shortcut that ALLOWS me to go back to the original location (original hyperlink) without having to scroll back through the ENTIRE document. Thanks Steve I do not know what you mean by control. when i right click it just 7 options then hyperlink and you can add it to favorites or open it up in a new window. can you please be more specific?Sorry CONTROL is the control key. I am looking for a way to return to the hyperlink (which may be part of an index on the very first pages of a document) from where the hyperlink refers to. Otherwise it is a process of scrolling all the way back to the hyperlink at the start of the documents which can be numerous pages. Thanks SteveHome key.....or Alt -Activate the Web toolbar in Word. It contains Back and Forward buttons, same as a web browser. To add the Web toolbar, right click on a blank part of your toolbar area and select it from the list. |
