Hey, I recently installed a program onto my computer named alcohol 120%. During Installation Vista asked me if i wanted to install some driver so as you do i pressed yes. A couple of seconds later my screen became dark blue and came up with a long error message. It gives me about 1.5 seconds to read PART of it and then it restarts my computer. I am not even able to get into my user before it turns my screen blue. Any help guys?

Tony It was on Rapidshare.com as i was unable to download it from the official website. The program was Alcohol 120%yh im 99.9& you have a virus..... i have my sources ..... and im pretty sure this was downloaded illegally as well....

Did you use a crack..... Slight problem though. How do i reformat? I didn't get given a CD to install Vista. I got it from PC world and it came with Vista. So how to format? And yes i used a crack. So i probably deserved it.I think you need the disk ..... there might be a number to hunt for..... EITHER on the box of the computer or phone vista direct i don't know the number ... but it will be around the site or on a piece of your paperwork that came with the computer ..... i cant assist you any further as this is a illegal download.... and you can order the disc from them....

Tony Ok guys. Sorry about double post. I managed to Force Shutdown Vista during startup and it when i rebooted it asked me if i wanted to repair. I am now doing a system restore to before i installed this 'Driver'. Lets SEE what happens. If it don't WORK i know how to reformat.It didn't work. I'm now doing Full Destructive Recovery Thanks to 'The tech guys' from PC world. Thankyou Tony for helping me on this website. There will be no doubt i will be back. =]Just a tip .... don't play with fire or you might get burnt...... be careful what you download online.....Yeh i suppose so. Its fixed now. But it is rather tempting.
