Answer» I have some things I would like to get on paper and play with; read that something called " CAD " might be the way to go to get drawings and SPECS etc with computer help ?
Does that make sense; never heard of CAD; what is it; whats it about and is their a free easy to use version I can get and play with ? Thanks for the help . . https://www.google.com/search?q=computer+aided+design&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8Humm that's for free TRIAL that link thinking maybe I should google " Free CAD software " or something like that maybe; not sure ? Or maybe try geeks.com or download.com they might be huge enough to have free CAD software maybe ? - later CAD just stands for Computer Aided Design (Or Computer Aided Drafting). AutoCAD is one of the most prevalent ONES. It is not free but they do offer a trial.
There is Eagle as well: http://www.cadsoftusa.com/download-eagle/?CMP=KNC-GUS-CUS-GEN
