Solve : Can I change the FSB of my computer??

Hi guys. 

I have dell inspiron 6400 DUAL core. T2130 Processor 1.83GHz, 512MB RAM. The OS is Microsoft XP Pro. How can change the FSB of it?Laptops can't be overclocked (or, very RARELY).
The BIOS will be locked down, especially on a Dell, so you can't access these options. Quote

yea, sadly. Although, it's LOGICAL, because laptops can't indulge in the advanced cooling experiences offered to desktops.noo i dont thik it is possibleeewe RECOMMEND not overclocking your laptop.

if you insist on trying, and you find out that your BIOS is locked down, maybe it's time to upgrade your motherboard. eg, HP motherboards don't allow overclocking.

Cooling is an issue when overclocking laptops though.
