Answer» I use to be able to copy VIDEO and PICTURES from my android phone version 5.1.1 to my computter I can still SEE the the file using my computer but when I try to copy nothing happens.Are you using Windows 10? What else have you tried? Bluetooth? DROPBOX? SD memory? I was using XP and I tried it on Windows 10 and it works only files with wmf format will not open on windows 10,Is the phone software INSTALLED on the PC ?
