Solve : Can't backup - get blue screen? |

Answer» I tried to do a backup of my computer and about 1/4 of the way through a blue screen came on and said something about an adaware stopping it from backing up. I have Vista. Is there some way I can hold a key down to keep the blue screen on so I can read it all the way through? And I have not added anything stated adaware and I can't find anything on my computer that says adaware. I've looked at all my programs and nothing says adaware. I've run a VIRUS scan, that came out clean. So here I am not knowing what to do at this point. Can anyone help with some advice? (And, YES, Broni, it's me the computer-stupid girl!) |
