Solve : Can't download .mov from Nikon S6 camera? |

Answer» I have an HP PAVILLION 64 bit, with Service Pack 1 (4gb, 500gb) with Vista Home Premium. I'm trying to download a .mov file from my Nikon S6 camera. I'm using the HP Photosmart Essential program. It DOWNLOADS jpg files fine but it skips the .mov file. I can VIEW the file on the camera. The number of the .mov file, DSCN 1733 is skipped on the download so I know it is on the camera. And the same program downloaded .mov files from the same camera automatically with my old computer ( with XP). Help! What's wrong? Is there a SETTING somewhere I need to change? I think it's a limitation for 64 bit PC's - seems to be a common issue. Might need a update for QUICK time... |
