Solve : Can't Find Menu on Microsoft LifeCam Software?

I have a LIFECAM VX3000 and until a few months ago, I could test the audio portions of the cam before sending and receiving calls. Then, suddenly the menu became unaccessible: I could click on it then it would disappear.
So I decided to uninstall the software and after wandering thru the Microsoft web site, found the software and DOWNLOADED it.
Problem solved, right?
Wrong. The downloaded screen didn't show a menu at all!!!
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.Try reinstalling it from the CD instead? I would if I could find it, but I've moved so many TIMES, I probably left it in another country, so that's out.Can you show me a SCREENSHOT of where the button should be in the program?
