Answer» Why can't I get into my Windows Security Center? It says, The Security Center is currently unavailable because the "Security Center" has not started or was stopped. I typed services.msc in run, located the security center. It was already set to automatic. When I clicked start, I got the message... "Could not start the security center service on local computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group FAILED to start. How can I fix this? I'm NEW here, and not COMPLETELY sure if this is where this should go.Who has been adjusting running services on this machine ? ?
