Solve : Can't open VistaGlazz?

Hi, I don't know what's going on with VistaGlazz. I'm TRYING to install a third party theme to make my taskbar look like a Windows 7 taskbar.

 Everytime I try to OPEN it, a message pops up saying SOMETHING WENT wrong..


I'd really appreciate it if SOMEONE could help me out.
