i placedmy 3.5 floppy diskette to save a file. When i looked at the properties of the 3.5 floppy diskette, it showed that the MEMORY of the diskette was full(you KNOW, the pie chart filled with color blue). I know for a fact that my diskette contains only a few files. Thn, I tried to format the diskette, the floppy disk drive started reading it.afterwards, a message popped up telling me that windows cannot CONTINUE and that it canot be formatted. I tried that same 3.5 diskette to our other PC. I looked at the properties, it showed that only a part of it was used(as i can remember, 1/8 of it was colored with blue, and the rest of the pie chart was colored with purple-which means free space). again i tried another diskette, it my own PC showed that it was full (I didn't dare to forma it again). I tried the second diskette to our other PC. The Properties showed that it is completely free of memory....... Please help me......... Thank you very much...... Alright Jessica.... Let me get some THINGS straight here.... Your computer READ EVERY floppy disk as being full?
