Answer» I recently reformatted my COMPUTER due to poor performance after getting some terrible trojans and malware that would not go away. I have reformatted my computer in the past before and obtained the proper drivers from a CD that comes with my computer.
However, when I installed all the drivers, with no errors, I still have no sound coming out of my computer. I have tried manually downloading and installing the proper drivers, (Realtek) but still no luck.
Can somebody please HELP me out? Here's my EVEREST log:

Thanks in advance! Did you install chipset driver?Yes, I have but I'll try reinstalling it once more and I'll come back with the results.
Thanks for the quick reply.I got my sound back, problem was in the device manager. A driver was not properly installed and needed to be fixed and enabled. Odd, the installation said it had no errors. You can close this thread now. Thanks for the help anyways.Good news
