Answer» i have tried several times from APPLE and other websites on browsers firefox and internet explorer.
firefox
downloads file, then after clicking on it to install, it starts then stops and then COMPUTER doesnt do anything.
internet explorer
starts downloading, GETS close to the end, then error comes up saying the publisher is unknown What OS do you have?
What computer do you have?
You may need to create a new user account and download and install again in the new account.

followed a lot of instructions on the site you gave.
Finally, I found and deleted all itunes files on my comp, and deleted the history of my browser. \
I now have itunes
ThankyouI am having the same issue. I have tried everything, but have been unable to install iTunes. I will TRY deleting all the iTunes files on my computer and deleting history and see if that works. Thank you.
