Answer» I purchased a new laptop which had a trial version of MS Ofice. I also purchased a copy of MS Office Home and Student. I uninstalled trial version (it SAID "Uninstall successful"), installed my new PRODUCT (Installation successful"). When I TRY to start MS Office now, it still notates "Trial version" and tells me it will expire in a few DAYS. I run Windows Vista. What causes this to occur?Do you go through the online registration procedure for your new Office software?And how exactly did you uninstall the Trial ver. ? ?
