Answer» Hi, My os is win xp and my browser is IE. I can't open attachments from my Yahoo account. I've tried to open a Word doc attachment but I get a message that says 'Word cannot open the document: user does not have ACCESS privileges....' The following comes from Help for IE 7, but is probably the same for IE 6: To reset Internet EXPLORER to the default settings Close any Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open. Open Internet Explorer. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset. When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the default settings, click Close, and then click OK. Close Internet Explorer. The changes will take effect the next time you open Internet Explorer.
