We have recently started USING incredimail because we don’t LIKE the new format Microsoft are using in hotmail. I ‘am using X.P. I can save an e-mail in a folder in my documents , delete it in my in box then open it where I saved it in the folder in my documents.

My wife has windows 7 on her laptop and if I TRY to do the same it asks me to install incredimail? But if I transfer the folder via a U.S.B. stick to my computer using X.P. I can open them. Can any one help me, thank you
You need to setup incredimail on her PC if you want all the features.thanks for the reply, I did when we started using incredimail. I reinstalled it again today and restarted the laptop.
