Answer» I have Windows XP SP3 machine with 1.60 ghz processor and 2 gig ram I have a HP Laserjet p2055dn that is connected VIA usb and it has been working fine. Friday morning I tried to print from Word 2007 and I clicked on the drop down box to pick a PRINTER. I click on the HP and it would not SHOW in the box. I tried a shared printer in the other room and it would not work. I can print from excel and everything ELSE but not Word. I had my daughter try printing from her computer. Hers will print to it in word. I have tried uninstalling Office and reinstalling it. I have uninstalled the printer, downloaded drivers from HP and it still will not work using Word. I tried doing a system restore a week back and that didn't help. My virus scan does not find ANYTHING and I ran Malwarebytes and it doesn't find anything. Any help please. Thanks
