Solve : Canon My Image Garden scanning error message? |

Answer» I have a Canon printer MG5600 and WINDOWS Vista. When scanning via Canon scan, progress messages say that the image is scanned and being transferred. But then I get a message on my PC screen with the headline "Canon My Image Garden" and says "An internal error has occurred. Exiting this software". I have uninstalled and reinstalled My Image Garden, but STILL get this message. What can I do?If it worked before with no problems and uninstalling and reinstalling the driver/software doesnt help. Then you can download and install latest if there is an update AVAILABLE. Otherwise you would have to backup all your IMPORTANT data and perform a repair installation of Vista or a full reinstallation of Vista to be rid of the corruption and then reinstall the drivers/software. However if the error is caused by the SCANNER itself being broken, then the problem will remain. |
