Answer» Hello Not SURE if this is a hardware or software problem but I am guessing software. My printer will only print blank pages. I reinstalled the software from the original disc. Result was a line at the top FOLLOWED by nothing. The print head still works fine as the machine copied a page and PRINTED it out no problem when I pressed the buttons on the printer unit.
