Answer» I have a brand new hp slimline s3300z that came with Vista and I SWITCHED it to wIndows Xp home edition. I can't get on the internet and I have no sound. I've looked all over for drivers and can't find any for my comp. or parts. anyone know where to get the drivers needed?? However you might be able to use PCI cards and maybe find drivers for them which will run in XP.
Good luckyeah thats what i thought. i think i will just try to put a new card and hope it works thanksif this is any help, i went back to xp after trying vista and had same problems,i used the driver disk i got with motherboard,i know yours (if any) would be for vista but try finding out if your mb is compatable with xp(try to buy new one and read the specLAN Driver...
NOTE: XP SP2 must be INSTALLED first before installing these.
