Solve : Cant open a EXE File?

When ever i try to open the exe file an error message come up saying:

What?

What is different since the last time the system worked properly (new hw, sw, virus, error, etc)? With the little information you've provided my first guess would be malware. RUN full scans with both your anti virus utility AND MalwareBytes and REPORT back.
