Solve : Cant open .doc attachments? |

Answer» I am unable to open .doc attachments, I was able to do so before but now I cannot open, I believe I may have selected microsoft office as the default PROGRAM by accident. If I create a document I am able to open that in Ms Word, but when I get an attachment that I have to open, when I try to open, I get a window that says MS office and all that is in there is a logo of VAIO. I am currently running WINDOWS 7, with Office 2010 standard. Do you know where, i.e. what folder, the file was saved when you saved the email attachment? When opened Word, did you navigate to that folder? Find a .doc file via Explorer...right clik it and select Open With...select Word from the drop down list...then check "Always Use"... |
