Answer» I WANT to CONVERT my old home movies to DVDS I have a S video cable and was gunna use a VCR to play the movie but what software would I use to read the transaction between the VCR and the computer also if somone COULD tell me if I'm doing this right I got a s video cable in my grapics card and the audio and video plugs in the back of the VCR will this work?You can't just connect your VCR to S-video jack on your video card; that jack is for output, not input.
