Solve : Capturing Real Media Streams ??

I read another post here on how to capture Real Media STREAMS. But none of the techniques or Programs work.
Anyone have an idea?

I can SAVE that. Open it with notepad and get this:
rtsp://video1.umkc.edu/ulibs/ww1/01alcoholic-blues-vic18522.rm

Yet nothing I have tryed so far will save that stream or DOWNLOAD it.

Any other IDEAS please
