Solve : CD ROM doesnt shut?

1.	Solve : CD ROM doesnt shut?
Answer» My CD ROM shuts for a brief period of time, maybe two seconds and before it even reads the disk it opens back up again... However if the tray is held shut it will stay after a maybe 20 seconds, but then it wont read a disk still. Please help me, i just got a new game and i CANT play it! Have you scnaned for VIRUSES? Is there anything holding it in position from the inside? [glb]Flame[/glb]Be certain nothing is obstructing the CD-ROM tray. Does this behaviour appear outside of the Windows environment as well?There are no viruses and i dont THINK anything is obstructing the tray, and yes this does happen outside of windows also.Read this thread
