Solve : CD Rom drive? |

Answer» I have a combo drive and went to copy a CD today, but for no apparent reason I can't OPEN the D drive door and when I did MANAGE to open it manually, the CD COPIER screen shows both drives as D, instead of D and E. All the cables seem to be OK and as far as I can REMEMBER, I haven't CHANGED anything on my computer. I actually don't use it very much. My computer manual is very basic. I see that there is a battery, could it need replacing, if so, why does everything else work? Confused!Has it ever worked? What kind of combo is it? |
