Solve : cd rom not working?

Answer» i have a DELL inspiron 1501 LAPTOP and the CD ROM has stopped working on my when i PUT a cd in it the light flashes but that is it and i went to the control panel to see and it shows a yellow triangle where the cd rom is what do i do to fix it so it is working again?Right click the yellow icon next to the CDDrive and select Remove...you will recieve a warning ...ignore it. Remove any CD's and re-boot and Windows will automatically re-install it.
