Answer» I'm trying to view results on CD from a medical MRI performed on me and I keep getting this CD Viewer error message when I try to open the file. My ACCOUNT is the administrator account on my computer, only other account is guest. What do I need to do to view this? As always, thanks for any help. Mike See ATTACHMENT
[recovering DISK space, attachment deleted by admin]Have you tried opening it as "Run as Administrator". Is your OS 64-bit?It doesn't give me the 'Run As Administrator' option in the menu. Yes, Windows 7 64 bit.here's my options

That MRI file was created 2009 of my knee injury and the CD viewer software included on the disc is not compatible with x-64 OS. I was only trying to view that disc in PREPARATION for viewing an MRI file I received this morning, and that 2009 version was the only MRI file I had yesterday. The disc I received this morning is of my liver cancer and the CD viewer software on it works fine with Win 7 x-64 after downloading the needed version of Java (1.5.0 or newer). So I'm good for viewing MRI files now and I certainly appreciate your help IPDO!
